Had a fantastic day at sea. We were up early so went to the gym. I prefer to walk on the deck but it was too windy so they were not letting you out on the top deck where the track is. The gym was very crowded at 6 am. Needed to do some laundry therapy which many of you know if a favorite of mine as the gym clothes needed it. Headed to morning progressive trivia and joined a few people in a team. Joff, our cruise director, is quite a hoot. He had us laughing at trivia.
We had lunch in the main dining room I tried some corn cakes with avocado which were very good. After lunch we went to The Love and Marriage game which was hysterical. Enjoyed a short nap before heading to happy hour(s) at the diamond lounge. Met a few new people and some we previously chatted with. We find the Australians are super friendly and easy to chat with. Went to Chops Grille, the steakhouse, for dinner before the real craziness began.
The 70s show was tonight. It was the best we’ve ever been to in all our cruises. Lots of dancing and carrying on with the cruise staff. Joff ranks up there as one of the best CDs to get the crowd engaged. Fantastic night and got to burn off that big steak dinner and clocks turn back for another hour of sleep as a bonus.
