It was great spending part of the day with my Auntie Char. We went to Trader Joe’s and Aldi’s to get some of her favorite treats and came home to have a little party. Aldi’s has the best triple chocolate Turkey Hill ice cream – if you haven’t tried it – you’re missing out. Trader Joe’s has awesome almond danish. Neither are very good for you but delicious.
It was a short visit so didn’t get to see too many people but made a quick trip for pizza with the Borghard’s. Lux enjoyed having Emily read to him, Gryffin (their dog) and all the attention everyone gave him. I enjoyed catching up and hearing all the great things the kids are up to. Lea and Ian are a very special friends raising 3 beautiful children.
Wednesday Heather started her new job so I got the whole day with Lux. He’s getting too big too fast. He’s walking everywhere, enjoys playing Candy Crush, watching the trucks and cars out the window, playing and hugging his big Teddy
Lux loves to play on his new rug in his room with his Teddy and run up and down the hall to Nana’s apartment
I flew back to Florida Thursday for a few days at the Hard Rock in Hollywood. Thanks Jake for taking me to the airport. We had dinner at the noodle place.
The casino took a few sheckles from us so we called it a night a little early. I was tired anyhow from traveling. Until tomorrow….
